Just was thinking about the AFC North and the future. If Big Ben doesn't return to his normal self or if he retires or something, it's entirely likely that the Steelers will have the worst QB's of our division. Cincy will likely draft a QB this year and that Joe Burrows kid seems legit.
Bengals - Burrows maybe
Browns - Baker
Ravens - Jackson
Steelers - Devlin, "The Duck with wings clipped", Hodges, Mason, "I'm conscious... for now", Rudolph, Paxton, "how do you hold this clipboard", Lynch, God forbid... Ryan,"I'm not even on the team anymore!", Switzer!
I guess the Chargers traded Drew Bree's when they got Philip Rivers in 04 from the Eli trade so maybe something along those lines might happen for us... but I wouldn't hold my breath! Normally sane teams don't let Superstar caliber QB's get away!
To get a QB with Roethlisberger (FYI suggested Spelling for Roethlisberger - Spitsbergen - odd not sure what that even means!) like talent we'll need a near top 10 draft pick. Not happening in 2020... probably not in 2021 even if we don't have Ben.. I mean what are the odds we don't draft Defense again!
Even as it stands I still think we'll be at least the 2nd best team in the AFC North... since neither the Browns nor the Bungles really understand how to win even with decent QB's. Okay well this post was filled with a metric ton of randomness...
