Just saw this on Youtube.
It's hard to watch young grown men playing for the NFL wear masks outside to practice. Maybe wearing masks will help increase cardiovascular health as oxygen levels are depleted forcing the heart to work harder. Kinda like high altitude training but without the positive benefits.
