Truly amazing wide angle "All 22" game film of the "Immaculate Reception." We edited it to show full speed, slow motion and added enhanced closeup views (along with the projector sound effect). Not sure who is responsible for making the raw footage available after nearly 50 years, but THANK YOU!
Absolutely awesome! Mac, you are amazing with the stuff that you bring to this website!
This is like the Zapruder Film to Raiders fans.

Thanks, man. Super thankful for whoever released the raw footage. Not sure if it was the NFL or someone else.

If you listen carefully you can still hear Phil Villipiano crying he was clipped.

My seats were in the upper deck of three rivers. The stadium shook to the point that I feared it might collapse. That play was one of the greatest in the history of the game. Tim, thanks for the chance to relive it.
Nothing new. The ball still hit Atkinson first. Anybody else see the purported trap? I sure can’t.
Villipiano is a raving lunatic at this point.

If this footage was used the day of or even the day after the game was over there would not be all of this conspiracy theory crap that has been going on about who the ball hit first and if Franco trapped the ball.
We no longer need to wait for Frenchy Fuqua to tell us what really happened.
Was this sandfan's footage he took while at the game with his Super 8mm camera? LOL

Well, that's the thing about Raiders conspiracies (and most conspiracies, for that matter): Facts don't matter.
This is some amazing footage, to be sure. Especially seeing Franco catch the ball. But the evidence of the ball hitting Tatum has been clear since day one via the end zone camera angle.
Agreed, we don't need Frenchy to tell us (as if that would change any Raider minds anyway).
WOW That's absolutely great
