*Back Story*

I was visiting an old soccer field I played on as a kid.I had my younger son who was with me take a picture of me simulating a kick....Puddy is the one who photo shopped "Johnny Cleveland" onto my T-Shirt....I'm never wearing orange again, learned my lesson...There is no real *Back Story* ,just a bad choice in apparel.. Ohwell

I dunno. At first glance, I thought he was on work release.

I saw an interview on Dobbs and I although I still think I have a better shot at being the starting QB than him (LOL) I actually warmed up on him a bit. The kid has the intelligence of a martian, is very humble, and well spoken. The clip I saw (about 10 minutes) showed him operating 100% from the shot-gun, so I'm not sure if he worked "under-center" (easy Dick Shiner) in college. That would be something he would need to work on, although the prototypical NFL QB is probably in the shot-gun 40% of the time (that's a total WAG on my part).

He seemed very grounded and coach-able. He does have happy feet and not a strong arm, but his decisions looked solid (when and where to put the ball). He didn't get a lot of help from his WRs, I saw at least 3 or 4 perfectly thrown dropped passes. I only saw him going through 2 progressions (usually the 2nd was a RB), so he'll need to work on his check-downs.

I'm going to pull for the kid.
