1. Ben knows Haley's gone at seasons end.

2. Ben knows HE's done at seasons end.

I believe Haley is done at season's end. His contract is up and I think the Steelers would have extended him by now if they planned on keeping him. I've heard his name mentioned with the Jets, Colts, and Cowboys.

If and that's a big if, they simply promote Fitchner to OC I think Ben plays out his contract.
