All the best Corners linebackers and safeties are probably gone.  What do you think the do with their first  pick?  Marcus Allen from PSU could be there in round 2 or 3?  I'm assuming we're going all defense all the time first few rounds

I would hate to think that "all" the best Corners linebackers and safeties are gone.

Rooney should consider trading Tomlin for draft choices. It's been done. Not always with success for both sides of the deal. The Pats were the big winners with Belicheat. Then again Brady came along and sealed that deal.

I have minimal confidence Tomlin can get this team another Lombardi. Even with the talent at hand. He just seems to make enough in game errors to overcome the talent advantage.

Tomlin's ignorance was clearly illustrated at the end of the year when he expressed faith in a defensive staff that has not been able to develop much in the way of linebacker talent at all and kept those duds on. He knows he's coach for life he wants to be and doesn't care. He's going to do things his way and to hell with what anyone else thinks. This defense next year against the caliber of teams we face will be horrible. We'll have to score 40 a game just to be in the game. Yeah I know the first half of this season they played better. Big deal. In crunch time they were garbage.

Trade Tomlin. Addition by subtraction. A few extras draft choices would help bring a title to the Burgh.

Tim, I think The (Uncle Rico) picture needs to be on one of the sites pages. Because the way Tomlin's going, that deal may happen >  Uncle Rico as a corner on Tomlins defense >
