I'm not sure how this is going to work.

I mean I get it it's all about player safety, but this game is changing so much now.  The rule will probably benefit the offense not so much the defense.  I just don't see it this rule working Or see how you can possibly play football without lowering your head.

So anytime you go down to tackle a guy you're in violation of the rule? How do you dip a shoulder without lowering your head? This could be the dumbest rule ever

 Agreed... I still dont know this is going to work. The NFL is getting too watered down trying to protect there investment and or getting into a suit over something.

After the NFL changed the catch rule back to some sort of sanity it needed a new rule to control the outcome of games and keep the Cheatriots and Vegas happy.
