Be interesting to see which owner gives in to his demands.  Any ideas?

Sure: an owner who is desperate for a piece-of-shit, all-about-me, "Imma-Need-Mine" ball player who has absolutely no damn concept of team.  A gluttonous, mercenary-hiring 'businessman' who only cares about superficial greed and has absolutely no concept of the premise of "sportsmanship', 'camaraderie', 'collective goals'.  A shameless promoter of self-driven identity-based mercantilism.

aka: the Las Vegas Raiders.

Man, I desperately hope he goes to the Raiders. Right where he belongs.

Talented, yes, and generally speaking, you hate to lose a really talented player. But there's so much baggage with Bell. He's just not worth it. He's a headcase, an egomaniac, overrated IMO, undependable, somewhat injury-prone with not one but TWO drug suspensions... and now he holds out for an entire season despite a killer offer from one of the class organizations in sports that would've made him the highest-paid running back in the league (by FAR).

What a fool. Delusions of grandeur. Not to mention a shitty agent who really failed him.

Best of all, James Conner -- who behaves like a GROWN MAN on and off the field -- is outperforming Bell in pretty much every statistical category.

Bell is going to end up with a boatload of cash regardless of this nonsense. But man... I'm so glad it's not going to be as a Steeler. I'm so glad this team has been spared his return to the locker room, which would've been a divisive, unneeded distraction.

Buh-Bye, Bell. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

If I'm the Steelers I franchise tag him again next year. I'd tie it up in the courts until he's 35 years old.

They probably won't, but I would, on principle alone. The Steelers are class and will take the high road.

The Steelers will now have an extra $14.5 million to count for the cap next season. I'd like to see them give Connor and Ju-Ju a nice salary bump.

Think about this, Connor salary is approximately $650,000 per year, Bell was making $855,000 per game.

Let that sink in.
