Collusion settlement

I have no idea of the amount of dollars involved but some media sources have indicated it's in the tens of millions.  

What occurs to me is now that the NFL has apparently given in to blackmail what will stop the next average or soon to be cut player from kneeling and protesting his own form of social justice?  A president has been established and that, I believe, will not bode well for the league, ownership or the game.
