If he sticks to that number I think it's like saying I just don't want to play anymore. Or he's confident some fool of an owner/GM will fall in love with his "potential". And by doing so destroy the teams cap situation for the 2 years. Insanity!

Anyone that signs him for any amount isn't that smart. He tweeted a photo of himself and in the background were joints. Unless the NFL changes it's drug policy he is a ticking time bomb. I sure teams like the Raiders, Redskins, etc. will however.
