Friends,
Please test the new video format and provide some feedback. I'm interested to find out how it's working in various browsers, etc. and learn how it's working for folks "other than me" before I go too much further. Like it, don't like it, experiencing any issues, suggestions, etc.? Thanks for your help! ~ Tim |

The one second load delay
![]() ![]() Glad your getting your collection back up to share with us. ![]() I'm watching the '92 Steelers vs Jets right now. Smash Mouth run offense and swarming defense first thing in the morning is better than any cup of coffee. ![]() Thank you brother Tim! |

Hey Tim,
Looks good to me, appreciate all the hard work! On a side note I was surfing some Steeler sights over the long week-end and found a site I had never seen before. Called "Steelers Universe". Anyway on their main page they have a Forum page they have a lobby called: "The Video Cabinet". In this area some of their members are linking to your videos. Not sure if this is causing you a concern or not. Just wanted to let you know. Next - Minkah, #39! ![]() |

I plan to focus mostly on the early stuff complete ('70's era) right now, but it's fun to mix it up just a little. I just posted the '94 home game vs. Cleveland. I can't wrap my brain around the fact that that game was 25 flippin' years ago!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Just spent about 20 mins going through the 1995 Steelers 37 at Bears 34 OT video. At full screen it is pretty blotchy but when not, really quite clear. Audio is excellent throughout. The bigeest negative came when I threw up a little in my mouth when I realized I was watching Kneel O'Dummel at QB! THANKS FOR DOING THIS TIM!!

It finally loaded, but it took a while, almost 5 minutes, but well worth the wait! Thanks again. |

Not 100% sure why, but other times, games load quickly. The good thing is, once the game is loaded, you generally won't have any buffering issues if you RW/FF/skip around in the game. It streams smoothly. It's because you're getting the full "raw file" of the game without viewing it through a proprietary host-driven viewer (like YouTube or Vimeo). There are pros & cons, but in general, I prefer it this way. It allows me to do nerdy design stuff like round the corners of the video to match the TV screen, add the 10-second RW/FF buttons, etc. Ah, tradeoffs. |

You have the Oilers game from Three Rivers in '78 labeled as Steelers-49ers from the same year.
Also, the Raiders game from '76 has a "This type of video is not supported" message. |

Check the Raiders '76 game again when you get a chance, Tim. I'm still getting the same error message.

You're probably getting a cached version in your browser. If you use Chrome, go to incognito mode and you should be able to see it. Or, clear your cache/history. |
