Checking in the for the last time this season. Hope the Steelers win if nothing more than a play-off check for the players and a higher pick for the Dolphins.

However this has been a season of key injuries. Proud of them for not folding but I can't stand to watch this offense again and the passes behind the line of scrimmage.

Here's to a healthy Ben returning next season and hopefully a true running back in the draft.

Good-day to Steeler fans everywhere.

C-town out.

I'm on for the game at the bar. The crowd will be fun. I hope Lynch gets a chance to play. I really don't understand why Tomlin has been so reticent to give the boy a shot. I've watched a few highlight films and one can see some of the talents shown by Ben early in his career.

He has the size, legs and arm strength to be successful. Late first round draft choice. Has had a couple of injuries and that's set him back. Makes throws Duck can only do in his dreams. Has an ability to escape and run not shown by Duck or MR. The guy has only had a handful of starts. Can't see why he's on the scrap heap behind Duck and MR.

For me the game will be more entertaining if he gets a shot. I've watched 3-4 games of weak armed immobile QB play and that's not doing it for me. I've been spoiled by Bradshaw and Ben. There's not much to lose even if we get into the tournament. It's really tough to win with an offense that can't score or even possess the ball to give the D a rest.

According to most of the things I've read, he hasn't been grasping the offense at all in practice, which is why he's only dressing because no one else is healthy. Duck may not be able to execute as well as we'd like, but at least he knows what he's supposed to try to do. Lynch sounds like the classic million-dollar talent with a brain worth a penny, which may be why Denver got rid of him. If giving him a shot is your definition of entertaining, Sandfan, let's hope you have a very boring (but victorious) day.

Sigh We've some ugly years ahead of us. Got a good OL: Need the Next Gen QB, a workhorse RB (I love Conner, but he's a 3rd down back), and our young WR's need some damn good coaching

All the investment into the D is showing - but in the $$N$$F$$L$$ - we're not going to keep them all

Edmunds or Jackson. Great choice. Edmunds will NEVER live up to a number one pick ever. But tomlin has shades

Pathetic display by the offense, then by the defense.

This team has still overachieved this year... but with the terrible performances of the last two weeks, any "Coach of the Year" talk surrounding Tomlin is out the window, unless we somehow turn this debacle around and get a Texans win to get us in the playoffs.

The first half was an embarrassing effort against a bunch of backups.

Wouldn't bother me a bit. Shake things up. Duck is a turnover factory.

I mean, the Duckster is 6/11 for 81. He's not "Killing us" so he'll stay in

no.   for what?  He's horrible.  Worse than Duck and it doesn't get much worse than that.  Duck has zero pocket awareness and has no clue on how to protect the ball or throw it away.  We have no starting QB on our roster at this point unless ben comes back next year and he will not be good next year.  Settle in for around 4 to 5 horrible years watching Tomlin in his shades on the sidelines.

The Pittsburgh sports writers say he's been throwing a nice ball in practices

I'm fine with putting him in and hoping for a fluke good performance. We're not going to win with Duck.

May as well put Paxton in and at least give me something interesting to watch for a few minutes.

Washington = bum.

Flashes of talent... but mostly, he just drops passes.
