i'm ok Tim. There are issues due to the surgery that I'm dealing with that don't seem to want to get better but at least my PSA number was 0.01. Means there's no prostate cancer cells active at this point. I wish I had not opted for the surgery at this point and taken the radiation but i made the choice. Thank you for asking. I've had a lot of time to watch old Steelers games and sometimes I watch for hours. It has been a blessing

Great data point that hopefully makes the situation a bit easier to bear. I'm not sure you could have achieved it with radiation. I've had a few men in my division who fought this battle. I seem to recall those who chose surgery fared better.

I hope your post surgical issues don't linger and you make a full recovery. God bless you Rollers.

thanks sandfan.  I suppose the issue is dealing with the incontinence.  I'm a grown man and yet here I am.  I'm frustrated with the whole thing.  That's all.  you are correct that the surgery has far better outcomes.  It's the reason I decided to go with it.  However I foolishly believed that I would be relatively post surgery free of complications.  That has not been the case.  I've had infection in my bladder twice and the incontinence seems to be lingering.  I'm just tired of it all.
