This was an article on DK on Pittsburgh Sports extolling Snell’s ability to take over as a #1 running back. Not that I’m an expert by any stretch of the imagine, but that won’t keep me from keyboard pecking...lol.
I do think Benny has some upside to his game, but as a runner, he suffers from a significant lack get up to go with his go. I think his top end speed is adequate, but getting up to that speed takes a while. Using him as a number 1 back is going to cause long yardage situations as he just is not explosive enough to beat NFL caliber line backers to the point of attack. Time will tell and I wish him the best, but let’s just say I have my doubts. |
