I can't get into it at all.  So I guess I'm out. How about you?

I was getting ready to head to the club for a round this morning and my wife asked me if I was going to watch the draft.  I didn't know it was scheduled!  Goes to show, I guess, how unimportant sports, as well as Hollywood and commentators have become for me.  Those things just don't seem to matter very much.  Or have become little more than irritants.

We are still pretty OK here with respect to the Wuhan virus.  However, our local economy is in tatters.  I wish the governor would open up our market except for hotel and other short term rental properties.  There are enough local consumers to help our business community survive.  Most of my friends are aching to help and have more fun.

Our son sold his business in January and is waiting out the economic turmoil before jumping back into the acquisition game.  His timing was fortunate.  He's shuttered his house and moved back home with us since Charleston was too boring without his business efforts.

My view from here is the sequestering and shuttering will prove more damaging than the virus.  I hope American consumers get the message and begin to resist buying products made in China.  I don't think we can count on the global community or our government to exact a price for Wuhan but we sure can as we vote our wallets.
