1995 Steelers 37 at Bears 34 OT

The Steelers win in Chicago for the first time in 12 games in what is without question the turning point of the season. O'Donnell (34-of-52 for 341 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT) plays exceptional football in a must-win situation. This wild game has 4 ties and 5 lead changes as the Steelers move into first place in the AFC Central. The Steelers force overtime on a 10-yard scoring pass from O'Donnell to Ernie Mills with 1:06 left in regulation. Pittsburgh stops Chicago on their first possession in overtime, then caps a 13-play, 63-yard drive (kept alive by O'Donnell's 11-yard pass to Mills on third-and-11) with a Norm Johnson 24-yard field goal to lift the Steelers to a wild victory.

Ahhh a game to watch when you already know the outcome but suspenseful when I watched it live.

Loved Ernie Mills and could not stand Hastings, I swear that guy needed eye glasses or something. Only game I remember him coming up big was the second half of Superbowl XXX.

Kordell should of stayed "Slash". Always wanted him on the field.

Mills was smart and reliable. Always liked him. Especially his clutch catch in the '95 AFC Championship. His injury in S.B. XXX was HUGE because Corey Holiday replaced him and that's where the miscommunication was on O'Donnell's second INT.

After the game, we have highlights from various ESPN shows and the old George Michael Sports Machine.
