The Steelers decided to re-sign Williams. Also later - Dobbs. Is that 4 BQ's this year?

I like the Williams signing the Dobbs signing is beyond stupid unless he's just a training camp arm

Rollers, The Steelers may be trying to trade up in the draft, being Dobbs or Rudolph. One may stay and the other trade bait? Just a guess?
