Pretty much as expected. Letting an awful 0-8 team hang with us (and in fact, they have frequently looked like the better team since our opening drive). 

I think it would've been this way even if Ben had played. This is what we do. We had a good drive to start, then the usual bull$#!t play-calling. Matt Canada is just terrible. TERRIBLE. The O-line has made a few mistakes, but overall they've been solid. Rudolph has been okay... pretty strong early, very much a backup since. A little off-target, but it's more about $#!tty plays than anything he is or isn't doing.

Najee looks fantastic. Again. By far our best offensive player. 

Somebody needs to smack the playbook out of Matt Canada's hands. 

I'm dumbfounded by how poorly the defense played in the 2nd quarter. WTF?

Tim,  I don't understand Canada's play calling sometimes.  I mean, short passes.. are these finess plays? Wtf?  On 3rd and 10 we throw the ball 5 yards and expect to gain the rest... I don't get it?

It's college mentality IMO. In college, teams can't preapre like the NFL. Yu can fool people with a bunch of nonsense motion. You can find major mismatches in talent. But the NFL is different. THese guys can ALL play. And preparation is maxed out for every team. These are professionals with no restrictions on how much time they can spend in film study.

Canada has no imagination in the flow of the game. He doesn't adjust, he scripts. And when things don't go as planned, he lacks the creativity to adapt his strategy.
