Fats was in pretty heavy company; Gary Hart was the top manager of heels (bad guys) in Texas for many, many years, kind of like Bobby Heenan in the WWF of the eighties. This wasn't the main event of the card, but if I had to guess it was closer to the top than the bottom.

Not that any of them would have done it, but could you imagine the business an angle (storyline) featuring one of the Steel Curtain would have done in the seventies? I can just imagine the kind of money a tag team match featuring Bruno Sammartino and Joe Greene (as partners, of course) would have made in Pittsburgh!

The guy he's fighting is Killer Tim Brooks at the time he used to face the Von Erichs in Dallas teamed with Roddy Piper in Oregon

Gary Hart managed wrestlers like The Great Kabuki Abdullah the Butcher Bruiser Brody & Chris Adams. Adams is the guy who trained Stone Cold Steve Austin

I remember Holmes being in the Wrestlemania 2 battle royal won by Andre the Giant. There were a few NFL players in that battle royal. Holmes, William Perry, Bill Fralic off the top of my head.
