It's a real, maybe impossible, challenge for a coach to undo more than a decade of weak to non existing parenting. Habits, actions and attitudes are firmly established by the time they get to college or the pros. If the boy has an element of common sense he will recognize the opportunity and begin to adapt. If he continues to falter I think the best move is to trade him and let someone else shoulder the task of helping him mature.

It's not likely a supposed "player's coach" like Tomlin will be up to the task. He failed with Bell and AB so why should anyone think he can succeed this time around?
