He did not follow tomlin's lead and the "vote" taken by the players before the game. He refused to cower in the tunnel with his teammates. This lack of respect for the head coach and team might not be tolerated. I wonder how the rooney family feels about this lack of commitment to social justice?

Liberals and fools like to bring down a hero. Especially when one stands out as the only hero on the team. I will be saddened, but not surprised, if AV suffers due to his loyalty and commitment to our Nation. Regardless of the outcome; he was the better man yesterday. And will be going forward.

I suspect it was known by the coaches that AV was going to come out. Could be wrong. Regardless, I'm confident he won't be punished.

Guys I'm done with the NFL. Truly. It's not any fun anymore. I love coming to this board and even enjoy the digs here. I can't watch anymore. bunch of pampered fools thinking that by disrespecting the flag and this country they are actually doing something. Have fun watching the games. I'll probably listen on radio but i'm done. Truly done. won't buy another thing from the NFL and won't support this travesty. Goodell is a hypocrite of the worst kind. talks about rules and how important they are until enforcing rules might piss off some of the players and not fit his liberal agenda.

A military summary of some of AV's action. Don't know the accuracy. Just know he should not feel uncomfortable re his teammates or tomlin. It should be God, family, Country and then team. His Army unit was a real team with considerable risk. Much more so than blowing out a knee playing a game after signing a $10 million contract.
