Send Haley to > Browns hell, as an offensive coordinator. Haley will never be a head coach. After his Chiefs debacle. Any smart team would look at that. He has no Player - relation skills. Just dead EGO.

I tend to agree. It just went too badly with the Chiefs.

What about John Harbaugh? 3 straight years with no playoffs, ALL that money spent on Flacco after a fluke post-season? I don't see him being let go, but there have to be some mutterings. There will be HUGE pressure on him next year to at least make the post-season.

Great News that Lewis remains in Cincinatti and in the Division. Not since Marty himself has so much talent been wasted by a Head Coach.

Bungle's Future Potential Remains At:

Thugs and Miscreant Players - 1
Championship Rings - 0

Not So Great News is the potential loss of Munchak. If he goes and Haley goes, Tomlin's back up support team of former Head Coaches goes as well. I for one think this crew has propped him up big-time, especially Munchak. Munchack's arrival signaled the beginning of Tomlin's team becoming much more competitive. Tomlin NEEDS all the help he can get!

I do wish him well wiith his health.

Pure speculation, but the guy rode the hell out of the coat tails of great QBs and he may have seen the end of that ride on the horizon - Favre, Ben, Luck (Healthy and Prime) and Palmer.

Arians won't ever come back IMO because of Art II.

I think they need to do what I said: Promote Fichtner and hire Charlie Batch as QB Coach. I've said that from the minute Charlie retired. He was a QB Coach anyway as a player.

My understanding is there are concerns with Arians heath. I believe he is retired for good this time. I wish him the best with his health and retirement.

If they were to bring in a new OC and a new system and Ben was up for it? First call I'd make would be to Gary Kubiak who wants to coach but I think only as an OC.

Ben would flourish in that system.
